Following the success of the Gold Tone banjitar line, requests were made for an on-stage solid body 6 string banjo. The ES Banjitar, like a normal banjo, has extremely fast response compared to a regular electric. Hammer-ons, pull-offs, and slides are accomplished with incredible ease. Even unplugged, the ES has excellent banjo tone because of the hollowed out sound chamber within the body. This instrument is great for country music or any style where banjo tone is desired.
Note: Our banjos are individually inspected, set up and tuned by the banjo.com staff in Georgia. We are banjo players, so we set them up the way we want to play them! Each banjo is in tune when we carefully pack it for shipment. Climate conditions and travel will affect the tuning, so it may need to be fine-tuned before playing. |
