The White Ladye is here! Gold Tone's premier open back banjo has remarkable tone and exquisite cosmetics. A White Ladye tone ring, combined with a thin maple rim, provides ample volume and a wonderful plunky tone. Read the review in the Banjo Newsletter!
Our most popular openback ever! The design provides a plunky but punchy tone well-suited for old timey and folk music. A White Ladye three part tone ring is coupled with a 1/2" rim. Most competitors use a common 3/4" bluegrass rim and our 1/2" rim provides more air chamber volume. Other features include ebony fingerboard, vintage cut heel, no-knot tailpiece, and double adjusting truss rod.
Features include ebony fingerboard, cloud position markers, vine headstock inlay, Straight Line tailpiece, reversible two way truss rod, body and neck binding, maple neck and double coordinator rods finished in a rich mahogany lacquer.
Available in Scooped Neck only.
Note: Our banjos are individually inspected, set up and tuned by the banjo.com staff in Georgia. We are banjo players, so we set them up the way we want to play them! Each banjo is in tune when we carefully pack it for shipment. Climate conditions and travel will affect the tuning, so it may need to be fine-tuned before playing. |
