The strings are raised up above the base by solid plastic rods, either 3/16, 1/4 or 3/8 inch depending on the model. Banjo and classical models have greater string clearance to allow room for finger picks and long nails.
Amp Ready versions include Piezo pickup and 1/8 inch output jack for plugging in to practice amp or earphone amp. |
